Jacksonville FL Rental Properties
Good afternoon everyone!
I hope you all are staying safe during these crazy times. I'm getting ready to move to Jacksonville Florida in the next 2-3 months and I am looking to acquire my second rental property (first is in Pensacola, FL). I am active duty military and have the option to use the VA loan or to go the conventional route. If you have any thoughts on good locations to buy in, areas to stay away from, or anything you would like to pass along it would be most appreciated.
- thanks and have a great day!

@McLain Lavis, I second @Travis Roth in his questions. Jacksonville offers some great opportunities in many different price points. Since the city is so spread out, what you need you can most always find. The options are there in most cases! I'm happy to help anyway as well! Also, good luck on the move (navy kid here) and stay safe these days!
