@Georgui Kasaev I thought the same thing when I first started but as I kept going and flying through it, it got easier and easier and just all started making sense! Keep plugging away and you'll be done and licensed before you know it. I'll recommend the online training course "prep agent" as it helped me a ton and provided a ton of example questions that were very similar to what was on the state exam.

I just passed my exam in Indiana a few weeks ago! The online classes sucked while I was grinding through them but I can look back now and say it was all worth it, good luck to you and get out there and start interviewing with some firms!

I'm also newly licensed and went through the same thing you are going through now! I met with several brokerages and just asked a lot of questions and picked the one that I felt was best for me. I think that is the most important thing, just finding a place that you feel is a really good fit and you like all of their policies and feel you can do well! I chose eXp Realty because of their "cloud-based" concept and the revenue share program they have for earning passive income and I really liked the managing broker and the 80/20 commission split they offer. I would encourage you to check out some of their youtube videos!

Use prep agent!! It was a lifesaver for me. I just passed my first attempt a few weeks ago.

Prep Agent gives you practice questions very similar to what you get on the actual exam and it helped me out tremendously. Also just nail the vocabulary into your brain until you know it like the back of your hand. Good luck!

@Georgui Kasaev  I took it all online because I was working full-time hours at UPS and going to school so it was my only option! I'm studying business, Majoring in Finance/Accounting and then taking sales and marketing classes as well.

Good luck on your exam! I just passed mine a few weeks ago. I was in the same position as you a few weeks ago with looking for a good brokerage to affiliate with and I interviewed with multiple firms over the last few weeks. I finally made the decision to affiliate with eXp realty, I had never heard of them until i was referred by a friend but you HAVE to check them out. They operate as a cloud-based brokerage and pretty much handle everything online. They also have this awesome revenue sharing perk that allows you to make a lot of extra passive income. They have some great videos on youtube that explain more about what they do. If you want to learn more or know more about eXp let me know and I can get you in touch with eXp's managing broker in the state of Oregon! Focus on the exam coming up and crush it!

I could completely relate to your situation and I found a great solution! A friend introduced me to eXp realty (look them up, not sure if they operate in your state) but they are cloud based and everything is handled online and I just joined a few weeks ago and it has been so convenient and easy to get in to. Another great thing about it is the low start up costs involved. Just search eXp realty on youtube, the videos will explain the cloud based brokerage idea better than I can. But i'm a huge fan of eXp and I saw your post and just thought it might be worth a look for you. Message me if you have anymore questions about it!

I'm in the Southern Indiana market and actually just passed the Indiana real estate license exam! I'm pretty young so I don't have much experience investing and I thought a great way to break into the real estate business would be to go out and get my license. I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do with it until about my last month of the course I started doing a lot of reading on real estate sales so I plan on working full time as a real estate broker while attending college. I'm joining eXp Realty because I was completely blown away with their up and coming business and the way it is cloud based and pretty much everything is handled online, and their is a really cool referral process that can gain you a passive stream of income that I haven't seen anywhere else. I plan on focusing on sales for awhile then after saving up some cap i'll start investing in real estate more seriously and have a good advantage over others who won't know the local market as well or have their license.

I was listening to a podcast a few weeks ago and remember hearing about one of the guests talk about a book that had to do with calculus and how its a lot easier to learn upper level calculus before learning basic algebra. I can't remember the name of the book for the life of me. Anybody know what i'm talking about?
