@Georgui Kasaev Congrats and good luck on the exam! I'm enjoying eXp and still learning so much every day. Good luck at KW and I hope everything works out for you!

@Georgui Kasaev sorry, just now seeing your reply. But yeah, just get out and meet people in the business who are currently out there doing it. I think that's one of the main things that propelled me into everything was just getting out and meeting people at different brokerages and getting lunch with people in different aspects of the real estate business.

@Georgui Kasaev I'm not sure whether other eXp managing brokers have a brick and mortar place to conduct business but in Indiana we do, courtesy of our managing broker who is funding the building out of his own pocket. And I only have access to my local MLS but I can go through my broker and get access to all of the other MLS's in the state. Since my managing broker does have access to all of the MLS's and all the deals go through him I can technically work with any MLS in the state.

@Georgui Kasaev The education and support I have been receiving is amazing. I just feel like all the agents at eXp in my MLS are here to support and help me. I go out to our branch office about 2 times a week and sit in on listing meetings and other stuff that is going on and my managing broker sat down and went through an entire purchase agreement and explained every detail to me. I feel like i'm getting a lot of hands on experience and training which is great because that's how I learn best. And the classes on eXp world have been a huge help in getting me familiar with things i didn't even know I needed to be familiar with lol. I have nothing but great things to say about eXp and feel it is a great fit for me and my entrepreneurial style of doing things at my own pace and getting out what I put in.

Have you checked out eXp Realty? They have a cloud based brokerage and a lot of the stuff you deal with is handled online and it provides a lot of flexibility.

Try Prep Agent! It was awesome and gave a ton of great practice questions that were similar to what I saw on the exam, helped me pass the first time.

@Russell Holmes @Georgui Kasaev Awesome! Congrats man, and I spoke to my broker about it and he also said that would be fine and it didn't matter that we are in different states. That's good you get your license issued in two days (it took me about a week and a half to get mine). I'm not 100% sure on how we handle escrow money because i'm still just getting used to eXp world and attending meetings on there and haven't gotten that deep into a deal yet! I'll shoot my broker a text and get back with you on that. Again, congratulations on passing the exam and thanks for listing me as your sponsor!

Post: Lead Generation with Kunversion or other websites

Do any other agents (besides eXp agents) use Kunversion? I'm a relatively new agent and just starting to really get into the lead generation aspect of things but I feel like Kunversion is absolutely revolutionary and I'm just curious what other sites people use for lead generation. If so do they have all of the same perks that you get with KUnversion (which i'm sure I've only discovered the half of)? I love that I can just post squeeze pages of properties or general home searches for my area to social and when people click on them and put in any information it automatically adds them to my list of leads and sets up a follow up campaign and will periodically send them emails/texts without me doing a single thing other than making a Facebook post. Kunversion is just something I get access to through my broker at eXp at no additional cost. Are you guys using similar software to this and if you are what is it?

I used Prep Agent, It helped me out a ton and has really good practice exams and vocab sheet practice. I passed both sections of the test on my first try and I couldn't have done it without Prep Agent. I think it was like $75 for a year or you can get it for a month and it is cheaper.

@Carlos Pelegrina Hey Carlos, I've been a realtor with eXp now for a few weeks located in Southern Indiana and I have nothing but great things to say about the company. My managing broker, mentor, and the other agents have been so supportive and willing to help me expand my knowledge and business. I feel that their online training is very accommodating and extensive. I have recently been dabbling in eXp World and Kunversion and learning about everything eXp has to offer. Out of all the brokerages I interviewed with, eXp had the lowest startup costs and the best benefits. All of that aside, It looks like that boutique office could have a lot of potential since it seems like they are very familiar with investing and could help you out in that aspect. Just keep interviewing and get all of the information that you can and compare and contrast the different brokerages and pick the one that best fits your style! Good luck as you continue your search and if you want any more information on my experience so far at eXp just message me and i'll be glad to share!
