I first would like to say thanks for the feedback its greatly appreciated....  @Kurt K. it is located in Atlantic City on the west side.  @Jeff Copeland my friend currently owns it out right and is not sure what to do with it.  There a few options such as building on the land or even wholesaling it but not sure because this is the first time dealing with a Land property.  @Hasan Hamdan I believe my friend is open to any exit strategy that he will benefit the most from.

My friend currently owns a lot in Atlantic county, NJ that was previously a duplex and fell to demolition by the city.  Now he just has the land and pays taxes quarterly on it.  Any advice on what to do with the property?  All and any feedback would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

I am like many beginners on here that are eager to learn and jump into real estate. I have done a ton of research and watched numerous webinars and listened to a lot of podcast but yet I am still hesitant and not fully confident to make a splash even while having willing JV partners waiting for me to increase my knowledge. I am looking to gain some hands on experience. I am willing to work hard and leverage my time to gain this priceless knowledge. I have a background in Accounting/Finance and have a strong passion for passive income. If anybody can help steer me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.... Thank you guys for your time and feedback.
