Lot Advice

My friend currently owns a lot in Atlantic county, NJ that was previously a duplex and fell to demolition by the city.  Now he just has the land and pays taxes quarterly on it.  Any advice on what to do with the property?  All and any feedback would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Are you asking if you should buy it, or what your friend should do with it?

Like any deal, it depends on the retail value (less any liens) versus the actual price.

Vacant land can be tricky to value and sell, but it can also be in high demand depending on location and market conditions. Without knowing the big picture, it's hard to give any specific advice.
