@Kyle Deutschmann Thanks for your idea I'll be looking to buy in Tucson AZ. Does your friend work in that area? How do I find more about the USDA loans and low down payment options?

Hi, I was wondering what everyone's thoughts are on the Milwaukee, WI market? Is it a good place to get a SFR for long term? Any recommendations?

Hi,

I'm looking to move down to AZ possibly for school. And I'm interested in a buying a house. I'd have very little money to put down. I'd like to buy a house to rent out the rooms while I'm in school and then rent out the property once I'm done with school.

If anyone has any agent recommendations or advice. I've never bought a house before.

Cheers!

Hi,

I'm was wondering if there are any property managers in the Everett area who would be able to make my mom's rental profitable. She wanted to sell but was unable to due to poor house maintenance. She really wants to be hands off the property. If anybody has recommendations please let me know.

Thanks!

Hi Everyone,

My mom has a rental property in Everett that she has been renting for the past few years. Her and her husband and thinking about selling the house but I have been trying to convince them to keep it to keep earning the rental income. I was wondering if anybody worked in the Everett market and had any feedback or thought it might be better to sell.

Thanks!

Hailey

I don't own any properties yet, but I thought I'd chime in as I'm part of the younger crowd. My friends and I always try to use AirBNB, but there always seems to be some sort of problem or we can't find availability so we usually end up using VRBO. Craigslist is another way that we find vacation properties too.

Thanks for the tip Nick! I have checked out meetup and there is an entrepreneur group, but they don't have anything scheduled as of now. I was thinking because its the holiday season they are probably busy with family.

Hi! I'm currently living on Koh Samui and was wondering if anybody in this community lives near the island and would like to meet up.

Thanks,

Hailey

Thank you very much for your advice @Avi Garg. I'll look at condos in Thailand that sounds like a great place to start!

Avi Garg

Thanks Max !! I appreciate the advice. How do you advertise your condos availability? Do you keep documents in case the Thai police do come to one of your places?

Also, I was wondering do you know how the US taxes its citizens who are overseas?

Thanks!!
