Hi all, I'm staying in Chiang Mai currently for some time and have made a few property  investments and working on more deals. Happy to talk to other investors in Thailand or potential investors, msg me if you visit Chiang Mai.

There is quite a few differences when you look into investing in Thailand compared to US or other developed countries, can be frustrating to deal with, but also can lead to more opportunities.

Hello Investors!! Looking for information on investments in Thailand. We are looking at raw land, condo's, and/or farming land.  We have interest from several investors but need a helping hand.  We also have family in the area that would be our boots on the ground.

I am looking at some info on home purchasing in Ko Samui as a U.S. Foreigner.  How are the RE rules and regulations diff from U.S.?  Considering if it will be a cash purchase..

Thanks for the tip Nick! I have checked out meetup and there is an entrepreneur group, but they don't have anything scheduled as of now. I was thinking because its the holiday season they are probably busy with family.
