I love the game. I have A, B, C, and D properties. My game is personalized. On my game, i have replaced the addresses on the game with my personal addresses. I don't think its as much about luck as previously mentioned. There are plenty of decisions to be made. Ive always heard opportunity is when preparation meets luck anyway. There is some extent to which this is true. Someone also mentioned lack of cashflow with mortgages. Well, certainly, i can say my mortgage free homes cash flow more than my mortgage encumbered ones. To each their own......

I refunded the 'unused' portion of rent for the last tenant I asked to leave. This was on the condition that they left peaceably and my unit in good condition

I have personally purchased 2 severely fire-burned houses recently. Disclose the fire and damage you know about and recommend an inspection. If the damage is severe, it should be fairly obvious. But then again, we even have warnings on shampoo bottles for a reason. This is not legal advice, just sharing my personal experience.

Depends what state/city you are in. My last 1100 sq ft was $6300

Honestly, if you really have to ask this, you arent ready for investing. $300 wont cover hardly a fraction of anything in the real estate world. Keep saving and learning. My $0.02.
