@Jasmine Nicole I know from my experience that cash buyers like Off Market properties. I've driven for dollars, and used prop stream to skip trace for contact information. I'm just trying to give you any good information that has been given to me. I will help you best I can and I'm quite sure others here will also.

Are you asking which type of properties to look for and how?

@Ned Carey As you can never get enough education. I have actually taken the steps to getting my license which I received last year and I have watched many videos and read up on wholesaling. The only thing I dont get is the way experienced Wholesalers come across as if they never were once beginners.

So today I encountered a young man that was totally rude. I dont understand for the life of me why experienced wholesalers look down on newbies. All I asked was a little guidance as to i haven't yet to close a deal and he act as if i was asking for a hand out!! I offered to pay him but was still insulted! If anyone is willing to give me a little guidance I'm more than willing to pay and put in the work. I'm in the Columbus ohio area. Thanks in advance
