Looking for advice/opinions on where an investor should hang an RE agent license.  Am looking to move to Fort Myers FL area and looking for an investor friendly agency (if that exists) for listing my own properties as needed.

I too am looking at investing/moving/working in Cape Coral/Fort Myers area and as an agent in the next month.  The market is hot and the prices have gone up quite a bit in the last two years.  I agree with John you make your money when you buy.  I have heard some good things about Tampa greater area as well.  You have to do your homework.  Good luck and let me know if you need anything.

Hey Mark, no nothing yet.  I believe it is only $100 which isn't much out of pocket in the grand scheme of things.  I'm surprised no one else has tried this yet or at least mentioning good, bad or indifferent about it. 

Has anyone done this 500k challenge with Bill Allen, or is it another one of those pay to play schemes? Looking to bring in some private money to fund some deals and not having much luck as a newer investor.  Thanks in advance.
