Best RE agency to hang a license as an investor? (FL)

Looking for advice/opinions on where an investor should hang an RE agent license.  Am looking to move to Fort Myers FL area and looking for an investor friendly agency (if that exists) for listing my own properties as needed.

Hello @Trace J.,

I agree with @Matthew LoPiccolo, Your best bet is to get to know the different brokers in the area and meet them in person. We all have different preferences. You definitely want to learn about the cost/fee structure and understand what the working relationship will look like. Best of luck!
