@Brian Ellwood Professional long term goal is to develop a real estate system that would allow me to be financially free so I can spend more time with my son. Ideally I’d like to develop a fix and flip system after gaining capital and experience. Wholesaling has been an entry way to some understanding of how real estate works but hasn’t been very fruitful, yet!

I’m wondering if anyone has the time to mentor or help a fellow investor get started. I was a chef pre COVID-19 and since my industry has been impacted so hard, I would love to work in another industry that I have a passion for. I’m eager, somewhat knowledgeable on real estate but most importantly I’m reachable and have a desire to learn all there is about real estate investing. So if you invest by wholesaling or fix and flip and remember what it was like to get started, please help me so I can help others. You have to give it away in order to keep it!!
