I’m wondering if anyone has the time to mentor or help a fellow investor get started. I was a chef pre COVID-19 and since my industry has been impacted so hard, I would love to work in another industry that I have a passion for. I’m eager, somewhat knowledgeable on real estate but most importantly I’m reachable and have a desire to learn all there is about real estate investing. So if you invest by wholesaling or fix and flip and remember what it was like to get started, please help me so I can help others. You have to give it away in order to keep it!!
