I'm trying to find San Diego real estate investors that fix and flip? I'd like to find out if they are using the 70% rule when calculating ARV or has the number changed for the San Diego market?

@Marlen Weber thank you for getting back to me yes I follow a few podcasters, YouTubers, and have read a few books and continue to do so. Now I’m looking for just that, a mentor who can help navigate me through my first few deals. In practice I’ve ran properties through the real estate chain but nothing real world so far.

Hi everyone! My name is Toure and I am new to real estate investing. What I lack in experience, I make up for in eagerness and willingness to learn. I have a culinary background where I was a chef both private and professional. I have an eye for analytics and love the contract side of real estate investing. I have been studying for quite some time and have a sound grasp on how real estate investing works and it’s different strategies. I am very interested in real estate and am looking to network and learn more about this industry. If you care to teach, I would love to learn from you. Thank you for ready! Have a great day!
