Hi guys,

I just received an email from this company that is the new way to buy or sell a home.  I am skeptical about it but will like to know your opinion.  The company is called Ten-X, and their site is https://www.ten-x.com/homes/.  I went to the site and review some of the homes posted on the Florida and Texas areas.  It looks nice but what about title, insurance and or the related stuff you have to do before and during the buying process.

I am from Puerto Rico and live in Carolina.  I am a newbie also and just start to analyze the best areas to invest.  As of today, San Juan and surrounding cities are the best options due to jobs.  Let's keep in touch.

Jay R. I know that mortgage interest paid are deductible from Income Tax, but don't know about property taxes.

Hi guys I am from Puerto Rico. Another places that you can check are Isabela, Cabo Rojo and obviously San Jua . You can find good vacation rentals. Economy is bad right now,  but if you have cash you can find good deals. I am trying to get started myself.
