Hi all! I am a complete newbie, so if you ask RE specifics and use RE acronyms, I might not understand. I'm going to a seminar on flipping homes next month. I was researching the company and ran into this site.  I read that CC classes and this site might be a better option, so here I am.  I have a degree, but as many others, it hasn't done much for my income; looking at ways to improve the latter. I have a family of 5 and have parents in Puerto Rico (a place I'd like to go to).  Currently in California, renting.
