@Steven Butler awesome ! Going in on a multi-family as a primary residence is a huge way to start building wealth. I’ve been buying rentals in Rutherford County for a while. Are you hoping to stay in that area? I’d love to pass on any knowledge of managing rentals in the area some time if you’re interested in grabbing lunch or coffee sometime, being that you’re just down the road.

I specialize in the Rutherford county area of middle Tennessee, particularly Murfreesboro. I’m a realtor there and have done a lot of buy and hold investing in the area. It is a VERY booming real estate market.

I would say that is actually pretty good. I live in Murfreesboro and am a realtor here. We are closing tomorrow on with a 5.5% 20 yr AM, albeit a smaller property. so I'd say that is pretty good.
