I sent  yellow letters to homeowners whose properties were over 90 days on the market and got a good response. Because of that I am now going to be sending yellow letters absentee homeowners and to landlords 

I am looking for contractors who want to work with a new real estate acquisition company in CT. Currently we are in the North Haven, Wallingford, Cheshire, Southington areas and looking to expand from Hartford thru New Haven. We are looking for people who want to grow with us and knows what it takes to work on multiple projects at one time while also understanding the needs of working with a real estate investment company. As a new investor, I was just wondering if there are any private investors that would like to work with a new investor who is determined to be successful?

I am interested in finding those that will buy wholesale opportunities and any real estate agents from central Ct who would be interssted in being on my team.

I am interested in single family homes and multi-unit rentals that I can buy, fix, flip and/or hold to rent.
