Let's say my rehab budget is 40k. How much of that would I need to pay the contractor? What is the general rule of thumb when it comes to this?

Are there any contractors in CT who want some work? My aggressive real estate acquisition company has a need for contractors who want to work on multiple SFH fix and flips, but I can't seem to find any. I was wondering if there are any out there? If there are, please contact me so that we can talk. You won't be disappointed!
