Looking to connect with current multifamily owners in Southern New Hampshire and also Rochester NH. I haven't been able to find anyone else investing in Rochester but the area does seem interesting.

Thanks, Tom

Hi Gang,  Does anyone have any experience/ links to literature of average days rented/ occupancy % on waterfront lakes region properties. Obviously will do well in peak summer season but I am curious as to winter/ off season performance?

Thanks! Tom

Contact your state congressman, this will be bad for all parties involved and tenants who do not understand this will inevitably be evicted at the end of this ordeal anyways.

Hello,

I have owned multifamily outside of Boston for roughly 8 years now. Looking to move that equity to Montgomery Alabama. Seeking conversation/ local partners to get to know the market better! Hope to hear from you! Thanks, Tom

Hello all, I recently was told that if your property is in an LLC you cannot represent yourself in Massachusetts. Only an attorney can represent you. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Honestly they sell lead test strips at Home Depot. Ask if you can do an informal inspection and it won't be on the record, so you know what you're working with. Your deal has a 100% chance of mysteriously falling apart otherwise, he will never pay to abate in this hot market and I doubt he'd want a Scarlett letter on the building by allowing a formal inspection.

I have been using transunion smart move for some time now to screen applicants. They no longer show results for Massachusetts criminal screening. Is there another similar service that offers a full background check including criminal?

Those construction costs are impossibly low. He may be trying to get an up front deposit and ghost. Don't give him any money up front
