Post: No job, decent credit, seeking assets but no job. New York!

The journey to financial freedom has been a financial crisis. So far it just started and I'm not even in a financial crisis. At least not yet lol. Currently I'm just seeking advice on how to build assets with no job. The world is very backwards in a sense that I need assets to have assets and only build more assets and since I have no money I can't buy assets. So I came up with the idea to build assets with no money based on what I've read at biggerpockets. Apparently it's impossible to buy a property for 0% down but its not like I'm giving up on that lmao.I thought this was America???

If anyone is wanting to have some networks out in New York state, I am most definitely willing to do so. I will be more than excited to meet up in person or even in a zoom meeting. I am currently new to the game and have no assets but I am more than passionate about meeting new people and more than excited to connect with others. I'd very much so like to connect with like minded individuals that are passionate about reaching their goals of financial freedom. Thank you for reading this message, and have a nice day!

@Will Fraser basically I just want free time to live life. Monthly cashflow coming in from real estate investments would be awesome and especially to live in my own apartment. To have freedom of choice is my goals. It’s not necessary “for the money” but it’s more for “the way of life” with having freedom to do anything in life. That is my “why”. As for now do you recommend a job? Is it possible to invest in real estate with no job and have my investments as my income covering my desired way of life?

I just got started learning many things about cashflow. Based on Rich dad’s Cashflow quadrant which is a 100% recommendation but only if you read rich dad poor dad first. I do have several questions for the forums:

• How do I take action on building cashflow through real estate?

• Will BiggerPockets pro teach me how to build a business?

• Where do you find private lenders?

• Can I connect with a team through BiggerPockets that has the right mentality for building cashflow?

•Is it a bad thing to start with $770 in my pocket?

Overall I’m confused as to where I begin. I’ve read several books such as rich dad poor dad, rich dad’s cashflow quadrant, and currently reading more. But several questions still follow:

• Where do I connect with the team with the right mindset?

• How do I analyze deals like a professional investor?

•How do I take action and buy a real estate property and profit?

•Where do you find private lenders?

•Is it a bad thing if I have no money to start?
