@Jeremy Bloom

Hi I’m new here. Late reply but some recent experience to this matter. Are use Zillow a lot. Hi about six months ago, Zillow‘s background check, it missed major specific things that definitely would affect my decision, like felonies. One was old and another within five years. I only found out because I do the extra research. All criminal records are public. You can find info on anyone as long as you have their complete name on their license and places where they lived. This is also great if you just got serious with somebody you met dating online LOL. I do two things extra, google their name (if needed, with city and state) and go to their county websites. And yes I did contact Zillow Support, pretty much blamed it on their provider.

I saw some recommendations for cozy and others, has anyone found this service to be this thorough?
