You need a "buy and hold" commercial investor.  US Commercial is a direct lender for buy and hold situations.  We offer loans on single family, 2-4 unit, condos (warrantable or non-warrantable), multi-family, mixed use and small balance commercial projects like warehouses, self storage, auto repair facilities and strip malls for most states.

Unfortunately, we don't do Illinois.
