The Holton Wise Property Group is looking for commercial lenders to ad to our network.
We need lenders who can lend on properties located in Ohio to investors who are located across in all 50 states.
Send me a PM with your contact info and the types of programs you offer.
We are primarily looking for lenders who can do loans in the 200k-5M price range for terms of 5 years or more.
Not interested in transactional funding, bridge funding, hard money lenders or rehab loans.
