New member from Fort Lauderdale Florida

Hey BP members my name is La'Keisha Fenner and I am fairly new to the Real Estate world. I currently reside in south Florida Fort Lauderdale area I also travel to Miami often. I joined BP because I want to learn as much as I can about wholesaling/flipping instead of just jumping right into the game inexperienced with no knowledge. I have been reading a lot of books lately and been doing a lot of research on house flipping I even went to a seminar last week that was in my area on flipping houses and I paid for the next event which is suppose to teach me all that I need to know about Real Estate in 3 days (not sure if that was a good idea but I'm willing to give it a shot). I am also seeking to find a good mentor in my area that has many years of experience in Real Estate. My goal is to make a lucrative career out of house flipping/wholesaling and I need advice from my BP members I need to know where to start help me out BP am I on the right track???
