Thanks for meeting with me @Kevin Lochen and @Account Closed.  We definitely need to stay in touch and do deals.  I'm a newcomer to BP, but so far, it has been helpful.  I'll try to get to the meetup in two weeks.  If anyone else in the NW suburbs would like to talk business, let me know.  I'm setting up an investing office in Palatine, which will only exist to analyze and do deals.  I'd love to hear your input.  -T.K.

Thanks!  I've found that investors are the coolest people on the planet.  I'm already your friend, we just haven't met yet.  And I do deals.  We all have something to bring: cash, good credit score, carpentry, know the motivated seller, etc.  I like to form the partnership, and go do the thing (after we analyze the numbers).  So please reach out if you want to get in a deal.  I try to be very transparent.  The only shady thing I'm starting to find is the "lenders" on Facebook.  I'm not sure what that's about yet.  Seems like a lot of people working for some sort of lending MLM or something.  It's weird.  If anyone knows any actual, real human being private lenders who want to put their money with winners, then I'd appreciate an intro.  -T.K.

I vote no.  Having credit problems is something that most otherwise reliable people may face for a variety of reasons.  But retail theft?  I don't see how that's a miscommunication.  Would that ever appear on your record?  Is there even a chance it would?  See what I'm saying?  Law-abiding people pretty much live with a 0% probability of that ending up on their record.  The fall is coming, so I see the motivation to get a tenant, but it could take many months to evict, and all the appliances might be gone.

I think that relationships are the key to all good business transactions. The more transparent and trusted = the more accurate the deal data = the better ROI for all of us! I want to partner with everyone. I am interested in every type of deal. Please reach out, especially if you are near the NW suburbs, and let's get coffee and talk biz. Streets of Woodfield Starbucks serves wine! Sit outside, put a deal together, etc. It doesn't get any better than that. I look forward to meeting you. Thanks.

If you do a Facebook search on some of these lenders, but don't click on their page, just click on "Search Facebook", you will see all their posts on whatever pages to which they posted.  Then, you can click on the comments under the posts, and sometimes read feedback of people who actually did business with them.  -T.K.
