Hello,

I have a few rental properties that I'm looking to lease.  At the moment I use Zillow, apartments.com and craigslist.  Is there any other websites that current landlords would recommend for me to use so that I can attract potential tenants?

Thank you in advance.

Paulo

I just came across this and wanted to share for all landlords to WATCH. I think its a bit of a Scary Bill.  But I also think that Trump would veto it.

Nate,

I agree with you on ROI and what is appealing to investors. What states are you looking to buy? I've stop looking but I was looking in California and AZ.

Thank you @Michael Choi

After I wrote my post I went page to page and found @Jason M. letter. It works very well since I’m also an investor in Austin to the north part of SA. Thank you again and best of luck as we all get though this.

Hi

Most of my tenants live paycheck to paycheck and are paid by the hour.  If business keep closing they wont have the means to buy food let alone pay rent.  Which will put me in a bad position.  I do have saving to pay all my mortgages for six months at this moment.  However the way the news is talking it seems like they add a month everyday.  Who knows how long this will last and if my tenants will still be working. In the mean time if they can still pay rent that would be a great help to push timeline of when they can't further down the road.

I have been trying to put a letter together that address the situation that we are all in but I'm having a hard time because it doesn't sound empathetic.  Does anyone have an actual letter that they sent out to their tenants letting them know that they (your tenants) are still responsible for rent as you (the landlord) are responsible for the mortgage?  If so would you mind sharing.  IF you don't want to share it on here please send me a private message.  I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you

I'm looking for a company that I can hire to do my water metering for me.  I remember of a podcast in the beginning of BP podcasts of a gentleman that bought commercial properties were he had to pay the whole water bill.  He found a company that would come out and put individual water meters on each unit.  The tenants would then need to open an account with this company to get water for their unit.  The company would bill them just like if it was the city billing them for water.  Does anyone remember this podcast, the company that he used or if there are different companies out there anyone can recommend?   I'm in the Austin/San Antonio area.

@Mitch Messer

Good morning,

I have not found myself a VA. Do you have any suggestions?

@Taylor L

I don't know how so show what I'm looking for with a video. I do remember when I first started listening to BP that there was a guy that had VA. This person would put a spreadsheet of all the properties that were for sale in his farm area. This included all information that one needed to know in that area about homes that sold and where similar to homes being sold. This is why I'm looking for a VA in date research/mining that can put this all together for me.

Hello

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help streamline property searches. I’ve looked online and it seems like there’s a lot of different companies offering that service. If anyone is using virtual assistance or has in the past. can you please let me know who/company you’re using or send a recommendation.

Thank you

Paulo
