Hello BP I'm Tomas Chao and a new member here and new to real estate investing as well. I've always had an interest in real estate and believed it is a good investment stream. I never got into it because I believed I didn't have the resources for it. As I'm learning about REI, as in life, if you have the will you can find the resources. So that is why I'm here to learn as much as I can and possible find a mentor to learn from too. I am an athletic trainer. I love my job but it just gets me by. My main goal in real estate is to leave a legacy for my children's children. I look forward to making many connections and picking many of your brains. Thanks for your time.
