Hello - 

Recently started reading lots of these BP posts and listening to the podcasts. Great stuff. I currently own two SFR's as well as the house I live in, in Charlotte, NC. My goal is to take it to the next level and really ramp up my rental activity, which I am hoping this site will facilitate. I am looking forward to continuing to learn and meet great people along the way!
