So I've been doing a lot of reading, listening to Podcasts (which are great by the way), and a lot of research in general. However, I feel a piece of the puzzle that is missing is some sort of mentorship, or an experienced member/mentor that could I could go to with questions about the Atlanta area real estate market in general. If you have the bandwidth to help a newbie, please contact me.

Currently, I am trying my best to find contacts that may have access to"unlisted" listings (multifamily turnkey properties).

Thanks in advance,

Tony

Hello BP!

I am currently working with 2 different RE agents for leads to rental property in my area. The price range that I provided is not returning any results that are very appealing to me (bad neighborhoods, very little traffic, run down, etc). So my questions is, what would be my next steps? Do I need to raise the max price that I am currently searching on? Do I need to work with different agents? Find a way to be able to afford higher priced units (investors, etc)?

Thank you in advance,

Tony

Hello, my name is Tony and I am in the Snellville, Georgia area. I don't currently own any properties, but am interested in purchasing multi-family properties with 2 units or more. I just found the site today and it looks very promising. I plan to read through a lot of the articles on the site, and hope to find them informative as I am just beginning my real estate adventure. I look forward to learning more, and completing my first multi-family deal in the near future.

If you are in the Georgia area, please feel free to contact me!
