Hi everyone,

My name is Marshia and I am a real estate broker as well as a paralegal in the metro Atlanta area here in Georgia. I have been in real estate for over 10 years and have always wanted to become a real estate investor.

I am looking to purchase homes and use them for rentals. As well, I would love to flip a few but I am taking it one step at a time.

I am so glad I ran across this website and am now ready to begin reading through all of the posts and learn as much as I can and share in whatever ways I can.
