Current rental available is located in Baltimore City, on a cordial block located across the street from a formal institution. 4 bdr 1.5 bath, recently renovated and is in more than decent shape.

repairs needed: portions of the HVAC system needs to be modified, and a bathroom renovation that is truly optional because it meets standard, just outdated. simple cosmetics due to tenant occupation, rug steam and a repaint. 15-20k maximum for renovation cost.
