@Nick Zocher welcome!

If you go to the real estate marketplace forum here on BP there is a filter for jobs.  This may only be a pro member feature though, I'm not quite sure

@Steven Bruce welcome to BP!  Always good to meet other local investors.

There are several real estate meet ups here in Sacramento checkout meetup.com most of them have groups setup there.  If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Best of luck, hope to see you around.

-Tim

@Dan Baker welcome back to Sacramento (soon).

Here is a list of REIA within 50 mi of Sacramento per meetup.com.

The Roseville REIA is a great meet up, Capital City Wealth Builders, NorCal REIA, and Sacramento Private Money Lenders Group are all good as well.

Not sure when you left in terms of how much has changed, and I don't want to speak too much on the areas as I'm not as well versed as many other Sacramento investors here on BP are. But South Sac (meadowview), Central/South Oak, Florin are probably not ideal areas to invest in in terms of the south end of town, not as sure about the north end of town and specific areas to avoid.

Best of luck with your future endeavors, maybe we'll run into each other at one of the REIAs.

@J. Martin just bought my ticket, looking forward to it.  I attended the Summit at the Guild a couple months back and found great insight from @Brian Burke, @Al Williamson, @Ben Leybovich, and yourself.  Met a lot of great people and looking forward to meeting a bunch more. Site looks great!

Welcome @Edward Chan, I don't know if you seen @Chris V. recent posts but he breaks down the stockton market pretty thoroughly.  Here are a couple links

Welcome Dave, congratulations on the first investment. Do you mind sharing how you marketed/found the motivated seller?

Welcome to BP Evan, good luck on your investing career.  Maybe we'll run into each other at some local events.
