@Account Closedyep, I fall into the category with everyone else, too many people to meet, too little time.  I thought it was a great event, it be awesome if it happened more often.  I saw your direct mail thread you started, I'm looking to start a campaign myself so I'll be following that thread closely

Welcome Madhu,

Checkout Meetup.com, most RE meet ups have groups setup on that site.  There are a couple in Sacramento and a couple in Roseville that I know of.

Hello BP!

My brother and I are just getting into the real estate investing world. He's a licensed real estate agent and I'm a licensed general contractor.

We are seeking SFR's under $350k, and are also in need of a lender. We have around $15k to invest personally, and would be willing to partner with a lender on our first few deals as to not incur the cost of points and accumulated interest.

Feel free to reach out to us if you have any potential deals, or if you'd just like to expand your network! We're both young and extremely committed to living a life by design built on passive income and a passion for building the value of communities where we grew up.

Beyond stoked to be apart of this community.  Get in touch with us, we are always looking to meet new people.

Regards,

Tim Kunz

@Derek Jones @Luis Silva We have been scouring the MLS as we work on developing our marketing efforts. We've tried bandit signs the past few weekends but more than half seem to disappear so I'm a little weary on how big of an audience we are capturing at what cost. We're going to do some yellow letter campaigns next week and we're hoping to develop relationships with some local wholesalers.

@Sean Smith We are always interested in potential deals that you may come across in the future.  My GC business is still a work in progress as I just started it 3 months ago.  But I'm in the process of getting to a point where we will be able to offer our contracting services on a larger scale.  I'm always interested in meeting local investors.  Are you ever down in the Sacramento area, I don't make it up to Lincoln much?

Hello BP,

We are a new investment team getting started in the Sacramento area. Our current investment goals are rehabbing properties here in Sacramento. We are looking to acquire properties in the 150k - 250k range.

We look forward to connecting with a bunch of you through the site here, local REIA meetings, etc. We've been attending the Capital City Wealth Builders meetings since October and plan on attending the NorCalREIA starting next month. We are open to any/all help, suggestions, tips, etc. from the more experienced here on the site.

Looking forward to this new adventure!

-Tim
