Teresa,

I am an agent and a property manager here in Destin. Cleaning will depend on the size of the property. Are you planning on managing yourself? If so, there won't be a lot of "marketing costs" to get started. You can list on ABNB and VRBO. Looks like you have a property picked out but I can share a few that I think will do well too. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Your post is somewhat confusing. Are you looking for something within 2-3 hour drive of Destin or Denver? Either way welcome to BP. I live in Destin as well. Born and raised here. Let me know if I can help you in anyway. I come across deals all quite often.

I currently owe $223k on my current FHA mortgage. Loan is 6 years old. I am at 5%. My goal with the refinance is to get my payment as low as possibly to help save a little bit more and buy another home in the next couple years and keep this for long term rental. Right now I am looking at going to conventional 30 yr. Looks like the rate would be around 4.25 right now. If I did that it would only drop my payment a few hundred dollars but at the same time add $40-$50k in the end. Any other options?

Hey everyone,

I am a Real Estate Agent in Northwest Florida and am looking for investors that are wanting buy and hold and flips. I come across properties I consider deals all the time and do not have enough contacts that can handle them. If your interested let me know your parameters and lets see if we can get a deal together.

Thanks,

Tyler

Where did you get this info? Everything I've read says it doesn't end till the end of 2015? Also, where did you get the information about the borrowers who used this programs interest rate will climb when it expires? Any links to this info would be great.
