Do rehabbers in Michigan tend to slow business as the winter months approach? I could only imagine it would be difficult to renovate a home in the snow.

Any have experience with the shotgun approach to marketing? Does it really just come down to how creative you get with it? Also dropping some ideas such as door hangers, flyers etc.. Would be greatly appreciated.

I recently decided to create my own letter to market with but could not decide if it was more important to get the point across and not seem so much like a robotic dialogue or have it be professional with a border and logo etc.. Any input would be really appreciated!

Hello my name is Tion and I also reside In the Bay Area Berkeley to be exact. I noticed investment wise *imo* sacramento has a higher volume of distressed property than the Bay Area unless you plan to purchase in areas such as Oakland, Antioch, etc. I'm new to investing too so if you ever want to bring a deal together let me know.
