I found the info online but it is not updated information as its the tax sale results for feb 2015. Im sure if i went down to the county i could get the info.

I found a couple homes that are absentee owned and I've looked on the county websites to no avail. They are out of state so i can no visit the recorder. I need to find the owners so my question is can a title company provide that information if i call? Can a realtor provide the info?

Found a off market lead of an absentee owner doing a moving sale. I plan to go to the sale tomorrow to speak to her and see if she would be interested in selling. From my understanding she needs money to fund her move. But i need help from you guys on what types of questions i should be asking her? Any thing would help thanks!
