@Jim Zatko We have an REI Meet-up that gets together a Buffalo Wild Wings on 44th St in Grandville the second Monday of every month. @Michael Lerch, please confirm time =)  It is well attended and I would encourage you to come.  RPOA also has a few events and I would definitely get involved there.  If you need any help in the Grand Rapids market I would love to help!

I confirm the numbers Clay quoted.  6% would be in areas of growth and development and may see better appreciation while 9% would be achievable in the lower income areas.
