Hello all, I currently live in North Dakota but am looking to buy property in Grand Rapids, MI. I have no real experience in the rei game but I have tons of book/internet knowledge and can't wait to get my feet wet! My goal is to buy SFH's or Multi family's to have cash flow. I'm Looking forward to build relationships and gain and share as much as I can.
