I did not see the casting call, but I would imagine you would get some crazy characters that want to be on tv. I believe being on tv is the kiss of death.

I am having a lot of success with making phone contacts with my mojo dialer. If you are looking for new ways to prospect you have to look into Mojo Dialer. You will have more leads then you can dream of.

I don't get paid to say this I am just excited to have it in my tool box.

Has anyone dealt with this new Senate Bill 458 that Gov. Jerry Brown passed? Also an associate, in my office, just closed a short sale and the seller recieved $25,000 from Citi Bank. Have you had any success with this?

Never Never Never Give Up! What you focus on expands. It took me and my partner 5 months to wholesale our first property. There were many times we wanted to just throw in the towel, but everytime you think about giving up say this affirmation "I will do whatever it takes for as long as it takes"

Your mindset is more important then the deal. I am reading through The University of Success by Og Mandino and I love it. Check it out!

If you are looking to invest in short sales, REO or equity pre-forclosures then you NEED to have an account with Foreclosure Radar ( I am not paid to say this). Our team has closed over 50 transactions just by using this tool. Make it apart of your business.

This was his second home and it was scheduled to go to auction on July 20, 2011. I contacted him 5 days before and he agreed to hear how our team could help. We spent 4 hours at his house getting to know him and how this happened. There is always a back story as to why a home owner is in default. We built trust and thats how we were able to save his property from selling at auction and listing it on the open market.
Always remember that you are dealing with Real People and their HOMES.

Dwayne,

Homes expire, withdraw and cancel everyday. You can partner with an agent and have them send you the properties. Remember that agents do the same, but you have a "different" approach as an investor. Hope this helps. Aloha

A great way for investors to find leads are expired, cancelled and withdrawn listings. These homeowners have raised their hands and want, need or have to sell. Knock on 10 doors a week and I believe there is a good chance for a transaction. Just knock on the door when they answer take a step back and ask " I noticed your home was for sale but no longer on the MLS are you still interested in selling?".
