Auction Postponed Seller Excited

This was his second home and it was scheduled to go to auction on July 20, 2011. I contacted him 5 days before and he agreed to hear how our team could help. We spent 4 hours at his house getting to know him and how this happened. There is always a back story as to why a home owner is in default. We built trust and thats how we were able to save his property from selling at auction and listing it on the open market.
Always remember that you are dealing with Real People and their HOMES.
