the comps support my price for the rehabbed homes, some homes are selling without being updated and they are selling for much less.

I am due to close soon on my first flip, another investor has been telling me how it will be hard to move the house in that area at the price I'm looking to get after the flip. however he does want to take it off my hand before I close on it. I told him for a few grand I might be willing to do it. He says he will put a owner finance person in there, I would be using hard money so I could not do that. Any advice out there?

anybody know any good mentors in the dallas, tx area?

looks very nice, i hope all goes well for you. is it best to stage with furnishings? just curious for when i do my frist flip.
