Looking near Wilmington hospital and St. Francis Hospital area that is close to I-95. I've seen Patterson Shcwartz. Also saw the company Delaware Property Management.

Do you know anything about them? Thanks

Anyone have any experience with management groups in Delaware? I know I can use google and search for them, but would rather hear first hand experiences.

My and Dad and I have always talked about going in on a property 50/50. We are thinking of Philly area. What are your thoughts on how to get starting and get the ball rolling?

Looking for a buy and hold situation. ideally a multi-family.

I was hoping to get some advice on just HOW to start out with real estate. I'm 23 years old, one year out of college working as a Financial adviser with my Dad and sister. I've always been intrigued in real estate investing since high school.

Would you guys suggest using a property management group?

Going out and finding and doing all the work yourself?

Buying a single home or a duplex?

Any advice honestly on just how to get the ball rolling would be greatly appreciated
