I would just like to say…..I love this community and real estate. I have been in single family homes in the A plus side for 15 years now. Owning 8 properties for 15 years in Little Rock, AR has enabled me to quit my job and spend full time with my 1 and 4 year old boys and I’m FOREVER grateful. After a 5 year absence I’d like to get back in the game. I bought my 90 intention journal and ready to grind. Wish me luck. Respect

Has anyone else been required to apply and pay for a Little Rock business lience to rent property? I also received a affidavit for a random inspection of rental property?

I"m looking for single family homes in west little rock and otter creek areas. 1500 sq ft and up with 3 plus bedrooms in a $80 to $130k range. I currently have 8 homes and want to expand to 15 over the next couple of years. I"d love to grab a coffee or lunch to meet other investors in the LR area as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE bigger pockets and all it has to offer. Thanks

Hello, I'm new to bigger pockets and this is my first post. So I just received a phone call from a tenant that his roommate is on hard core drugs and does not feel safe in the house and wants off the lease. There lease is up in october and rent is due in two days. What is the best course of action?
