I just looked at the county clerk's website and it's list of services is somewhat limited. The only thing I could suggest is maybe call up there and ask to speak with a supervisor. If they are posting the stuff in the newspaper then someone is posting it. Maybe if you can find out who that is then they'd have a list.

Just within the past month or so I've gotten interested in the idea of becoming a REI and I was wondering what books would be good to start educating myself more.

I know about the one's sold here on BP, but are there any other's you would recommend? I just finished Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

Hey all. My name's Tom Duvall and I was just recently introduced to this site by a friend so I thought I'd check it out. I'm a computer tech at the local college and am interested in working my way out of IT. 

I don't have much money to invest so I'm really interested in creative ways to finance a first rental property. I'm hoping to start with a duplex or triplex to start out. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
