Hey all. My name's Tom Duvall and I was just recently introduced to this site by a friend so I thought I'd check it out. I'm a computer tech at the local college and am interested in working my way out of IT. 

I don't have much money to invest so I'm really interested in creative ways to finance a first rental property. I'm hoping to start with a duplex or triplex to start out. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
