Hey Jonah - I hear interesting things about Fello as well as some social media automation tools for audience building. A lot of conversational AI is super helpful, like Jasper for marketing (blogs, client communication, etc...). You probably already use Social Pilot to schedule and automate your social media posts as well. I'm surprised some people still do that manually. I have a slide deck on AI for the STR space if that's of interest to you as well.

I do an AI for REI seminar and just discovered a new tool I'll likely test out soon. It's by a company called Stonefeather Marketing and automates audience building on FB. Grow your network in your sleep. We'll see how it goes. Looks super promising for those staying up late on FB a few nights a week.

Another favorite I'll be using is gotolstoy dot com. Automated FAQ videos to cut down on repetitive conversations.  It won't close for you but should make you more efficient.

I've heard a lot of people say they've tried every variation on all this and no matter what, some clients will complain.  I'd say do what works best for you.

Joe, with the right website builder, a landing page with the social proof displayed and easy to find is a great bet, as others have said.  I have a friend who can help walk you thru some of this stuff if you're not strong on website development.  Happy to connect you.

Hey Travis - being in Asia, don't overlook STR overseas. A lot of the key talent is in the Philippines anyway. Based on your post, it seems you want to diversify between STR, MTR & LTR...or have backup plans in case an STR didn't cash flow properly. STR can look like more work but with a decent co-host and AI tools in place (co-hosting is mainly mastery of people, process and technology), it's not as hands on and still profitable for the investor. I'm kicking off a mastermind soon with a very successful co-host and happy to keep you in the loop.
