Definitely repair unless it is a high end flip that requires new windows! 

@Joshua D Jackson yes there will be more. We’ve done it monthly in the past, but still deciding for the new year exact frequency

Your doing all the right stuff man! Keep working hard, saving money and networking. Most people are short on cash and will be happy to partner on a deal. Just be cautious of who they are, what their intentions are etc. No deal is better then a bad deal in my opinion. 

All that being said, I can connect you with lenders etc. The biggest issue is finding a deal that is REALLY a good deal and not one that is ALMOST a good deal.
