MID-YEAR MEETUP!!

ALL WELCOME to this months FREE meet-up here in Fort Myers! Old Soul Brewing will be hosting for us at 7pm Monday 7/8/19!

Informal event, just networking, hanging out and beer! No real agenda other then talking real estate and connecting with locals. Bring deals, questions, business cards etc! Lets grow together!

@Nav Singh Not making excuses for your property manager, but FWIW personally I would expect slightly higher costs in Lehigh

@Min Liang Simple fix, just move into the new duplex and live there for a year! That way you can (Legally) get an owner occupied mortgage and those low down payments! It is my favorite way to purchase and I recommend it to EVERYONE! Househacking FTW!!

@Daniel Wolcott you should be able to meet your criteria in Cape Coral. The most of my rentals are in Cape and I love them!

@Joan-Marie Pagan Inventory is low and overpriced right now IMO, but I sure do love mine. You could try scrubbing craigslist rental ads for obvious "mom and pop" owners and call them. It will be work, but very well may land a deal. Most investors are open to selling, just depends on price :)
