Have have a few buy and holds.

I am moving into the reno market. I think I may do some new build, because the market really likes that right now. But in the end I am just always looking for a deal. If it's a deal I will do it. If not then I don't. My brother ,dad, and I are doing a 20 unit commercial in the next couple months. We will see how that goes.

if it's not in the street we can fix it for cheaper. I am an excavator out of Lindon and I all so do some buy and hold and land development.

Yes I know if one. He does all my deal. His name is  mcKay Vowels. The reason I use him, is he has investment properties himself. He can show you where to purchase those multi family properties like you want, because he haves many of them. He is an honest man and always does what's best for his customers. He's the best in the business.

hey Chris my name is Tanner.

My wife and I line in Utah we have a few rental properties and are about to hit the point where we can double our portfolio every year. My brother and I own an excavation company and would love to incorporate that into some real estate deals. Let me know if you want to meet up and discuss some strategies. Hello Dan my name is Tanner I have two rentals at the moment and have the same goal of 10 rentals in the next 10 years. I have a wonder full real estate agent who deals just with finding rental properties. He has 16 to 17 him self. My area is from lehi to Provo.
